DON'T BE A TURD

So how did this design originate? Why on Earth would we put the word “TURD” on a shirt? Well I guess that’s a multifaceted answer. To start somewhere, it kind of encapsulates the purpose of this brand and at face value is the lowest common denominator of really what we are trying to get across…

• Often times I find myself struggling to get this point across and I end up landing on expletives to express the simple yet complex ideas that delineate the central point that is DON’T BE A TURD. Its a playful and harmless way to say don’t be a fuking ass hole as I (Brent/our founder) would say it. My friends and I have resorted to using the word TURD and I have carried it over to using with other that I care about but yet want to remind that “hey, you’re being a turd, and maybe you shouldn’t be.” I think it's a playful way to say “hey, be nice.” Think before you speak or act. It is easy, especially now a days to treat others with a short temper or to not have empathy and I think now more than ever is time that empathy is needed most.

So with all that going on in the world why not print apparel that asserts to not be a turd on it……. You’ll find our Reaper- Cid’ - In the forefront of our newest line preaching the simplest of ideas…,” LIFE’S SHORT, DONT BE A TURD.”
